Happy New Year Everyone,  

    Most of you have either hiked or heard of the Aspiration Trail here on the south side of St George near the Southern Parkway.  The creation of the trail by Ann and Kevin Hansen is a great story.  It was a four year project with lots of Labor of Love.  They now have to reroute and make several changes to the trail by the end of April.  They now need our help to save the trail.  They put together a YouTube video that I have included.  Take a look.   

    Ann and Ken have organized the first work party on Saturday, January 9th.  We will meet at the Monster Storage Facility on Pioneer Road at 11 am.  Wear your work cloths and bring shovels, rakes, bars, and wear your gloves.  It will be great way to spend the day outside and save one of our enjoyable trails.  

   We will wear masks and social distance as much as possible.  

    So let me know if you can help.

We will have another work party to do some clean up on our section of the trail as perscribed by Ann & Ken.  We will also start blazing some more trail.  We will meet at Monster Storage on Pioneer Road again at 11:00 am and the weather looks good.  Let me know if you can help.
